Licensing Overview
SiteVista® runs on our Rackspace servers to ensure support, backups, and upgrades can be administered. Purchase a license only once, reoccurring annual hosting charges apply.
NOTICE:
SiteVista® is sold as is, we can not grant guarantees that it will continue to work as desired if you break the template files. Only experienced web programmers should attempt to customize the templates. However, we are invested in your success. Should you desire customization, troubleshooting, or advice on integration, please purchase the additional packages (see below).

Technical Support
Once the software is properly installed and you are up and running, you might desire technical support such as a one-on-one tutorial or need assistance in customizing your template files. We can help you with that. Receive up to 3 hours of technical support from a expert for $97. Need more? Additional 3 hour packages can be purchased as you need them.
Custom Programming
Make your SiteVista® map unique through customization.
Perhaps you’d like to show different types of properties in Google Earth as separate layers with land-use maps or build 3D models of a district? Need more features? Custom icons? These items can be accomplished through custom programming. Cost depends on what you want to do such as the following:
- Create a custom KML base layer with image overlays
- Design custom place marks
- Design the “Email This Page” form
- Add RSS capabilities to map categories
- Create a simple SketchUp model of a block
- Alter the Google Earth balloons
- Add a land use overlay to your map
Custom Design & Branding
If you would like us to edit your template files to match an existing site, that’s great! We can customize the map home page and project pages to adhere to your site design or firm’s branding.
Data Support/Integration
Have some good stuff in a GIS that you want to put on the map? We will export it from GIS and import it into the map so you don’t have to add community assets by hand.
Data Entry
Perhaps you’d like to use SiteVista® as an asset database. In this case, we might provide a combination of Data Support/Integration and Data Entry services. This is ideal for situations where you are conducting a TIF district or historic property inventory and want a user-friendly map to accompany your project. In the case of properties that are not in a GIS, we will enter them into the system by hand with this package.
